From the moment my daughter stepped onto the field as a 3rd grader, I knew we had found our forever lacrosse home.  Madskillz/Florida Select is an amazing program that has been such an important part of my family’s life for the past ten years. The dedication and passion of the coaches, especially John McClain, have created an environment that fosters not only athletic development but also personal growth. Over the years, I have watched this program’s unwavering commitment to instilling values like teamwork, sportsmanship, and resilience in every player.  This program has pushed my daughter to be the best player she can be through all the training sessions and guidance.  I have been able to witness tremendous improvement in my daughter’s lacrosse skills over the years but also in her growth as a young adult.  

Another aspect of The Madskillz/Florida Select program that stands out is that this program places a very strong emphasis on academics, and John McClain has consistently reminded my daughter that excelling in sports can go hand in hand with excelling in school. All the hard work on the field has taught my daughter about discipline, time management, perseverance, and goal setting. I know she will carry these important values with her for her entire life.  I would enthusiastically recommend the Madskillz/Florida Select program to all lacrosse players because it is more than a team–it’s a family and a place where dreams do come true.  My daughter has always wanted to play at the collegiate level, and I can honestly say this program helped and nurtured her to make this dream come true.
